Tuve la suerte de conocer esta colección en primicia en las oficinas centrales de tinycottons en Barcelona, aunque no podía publicar nada sobre ella hasta su lanzamiento. Os he hablado de la marca de moda bebé y moda infantil tinycottons muchas veces en este blog. Admiro a sus emprendedores, Bárbara y Gerard. Este fin de semana estaba yo andando por los pasillos de la feria de moda para niños Pitti Bimbo en Florencia, cuando de repente sentí el olor de mi casa. No era el de mi casa, era el de tinycottons que allí mismo tenía su stand con toda su nueva colección para otoño e invierno 2017. Lo que ocurre es que yo en mi casa utilizo el perfume de la firma (que os aconsejo también). Pasé un ratito agradable conociendo todo lo nuevo para AW17. Hoy os desvelo aquí su colaboración con Puma, una marca que me encanta. Cuando era jefa de redacción de una revista de tendencias le dedicamos un amplio reportaje a Puma. Me encantó conocer su historia. Os sorprendería de dónde viene la marca (os lo cuento otro día). Bárbara, fundadora de tinycottons, trabajó muchos años en la industria del calzado deportivo, de ahí que esta colaboración no se hiciera esperar. Veréis que Puma ha rediseñado su prendas más icónicas para formar parte de la línea “Tribute” de tinycottons, en su nueva colección primavera verano 2017. Aquí os muestro todas sus propuestas.
Puma se ha unido al equipo de diseño de tinycottons para crear una colección-cápsula que formará parte de la línea SS17 “Tribute”. Esta línea incluirá los modelos más icónicos de la marca rediseñados con la actitud juguetona de tinycottons, una colección preciosa para niños y niñas.
Los diseños de tinycottons son impecablemente creativos. Tienen un lenguaje gráfico único, y sobre todo, una actitud alegre que gusta a padres y a hijos. La línea “Tribute” se inspira en la explosión del diseño en el París de los años 70. La colección ofrece una gama de estampados gráficos que son un sutil y ligero tributo a la artística ciudad, así como a los personajes y animales que vagan por sus calles.
La cápsula Puma x tinycottons rejuvenece las prendas y zapatillas más emblemáticas de la marca para la temporada SS17, al combinarlas con los estampados que caracterizan su colección ‘Tribute’. Las Puma Basket se reinventan con materiales como el cuero con tela. Las nuevas Basket Leather estarán disponibles en tres colores: azul, melocotón y rosa, mientras que las Basket Canvas se han diseñado con un tono monocromático en el empeine y un atrevido estampado. Esta colaboración también incluye ropa, con la clásica camiseta clásica del logotipo de Puma y la sudadera con capucha, que se han rediseñado con el estampado “Tribute” de tinycottons. Me encanta.
La colección Puma x tinycottons estará disponible en la tienda tinycottons Barcelona así como en tiendas Puma a partir del 1 de Febrero.
TINYCOTTONS AND PUMA PRESENTS THEIR CHILDREN’S COLLECTION
I was fortunate to see this collection in the first stage of tinycottons headquarters in Barcelona, although I could not publish anything about it until its launch. I have talked about the fashion brand baby and tinycottons children’s fashion many times on this blog. I admire their entrepreneurs, Barbara and Gerard. This weekend I was walking down the aisles of the Pitti Bimbo children’s fashion fair in Florence, when I suddenly felt the smell of my house. It was not my house, it was the tinycottons that had its stand there with all its new collection for autumn and winter 2017. What happened was that I use their signature perfume (I recommend it to you too) in my house. I spent a nice little time getting to see everything new for AW17. Today I invite you to collaborate with Puma, a brand that I love. When I was editor-in-chief of a trend magazine, we dedicated an extensive report to Puma. I loved knowing their story. You’d be surprised where the brand comes from (I’ll tell you another day). Barbara, founder of tinycottons, worked for many years in the footwear industry, so this collaboration was not to be expected. You will see that Puma has redesigned their most iconic clothes to be part of the Tribute line of tinycottons, in their new spring summer 2017 collection. Here I will show you all their proposals.
Puma has joined the design team of tinycottons to create a collection-capsule that will be part of the SS17 “Tribute” line. This line will include the most iconic models of the brand redesigned with the playful attitude of tinycottons, a precious collection for boys and girls.
The tinycottons designs are impeccably creative. They have a unique graphic language, and above all, a cheerful attitude that parents and children like. The line “Tribute” is inspired by the explosion of design in the Paris of the 70s. The collection offers a range of graphic prints that are a subtle and slight tribute to the artistic city, as well as the characters and animals that roam about its streets.
The Puma x tinycottons capsule rejuvenates the brand’s most emblematic garments and shoes for the SS17 season, combining them with the prints that characterize its ‘Tribute’ collection. The Puma Basket is reinvented with materials such as leather with fabric. The new Basket Leather will be available in three colors: blue, peach and pink, while the Basket Canvas are designed with a monochromatic tone on the instep and a bold print. This collaboration also includes clothing, with the classic Puma logo classic t-shirt and hoodie, which have been redesigned with tinycottons’ “Tribute” print. I love it.
The Puma x tinycottons collection will be available in the tinycottons Barcelona stores as well as in Puma stores starting from February 1st.
